Our firm offers legal consultancy, dispute resolution and litigation services on a wide range of areas of Employment and Labor Law to our clients comprising of both individuals and legal entities.

We aim to deliver clear, practical and result-oriented legal advice on all aspects of Employment and Labor Law including but not limited to legal compliance issues; non-compete obligations and potential liabilities; contract drafting; preparation and implementation of workplace regulations, policies and disciplinary procedures; management, organization and restructuring of employment standards for eliminating deficiencies and avoiding misconduct during employment practices.

In addition to the consultancy services, our firm also handles all types of employment law related disputes in connection with labor law litigations before Turkish courts, e.g. re-employment lawsuits, termination compensation claims, liability for workplace accidents, severance premium and overtime payment claims.
